The item itself appears to be of high-quality material and appears to be durable. However, there was an issue with the customer service. Less than 24 hrs after ordering the wallet with a custom engraving, I emailed customer service ([****]) asking if they could modify my order. They did not respond. While I am satisfied with the product, this lack of response is very unprofessional
Was purchase as a gift. The dust service was excellent. I was very happy with the wallet and the monogram. But because it was a gift, I can’t speak on the durability.

Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of your original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received.
