Bag is well made and meets the online description.
This item is a beautiful bag and exceeds my expectations. The leather is rich in color and very heavy . I love my messenger bag ! Fully recommend it .
The leather is good on the product but the color was not as it looked in the pictures (very brown instead of the rich tones in the picture). I found the size to be smaller than advertised and the layout of the pockets was challenging to hold pens, pencils and any small items. Overall, the quality of the leather is probably worth the money but the size is on the smaller size. For an everyday business briefcase, I would not recommend.

The Coarse Messenger in Saddle is made of vegetable tanned full grain distressed leather, which means that each skin has its unique color variations and textures. We do our best to represent the color accurately in our pictures, but we understand that there may be variations from skin to skin. The leather is expected to age gracefully overtime to a darker, smoother and shinier appearance and feel.
Regarding the size of the bag, we can confirm that it is true to size and comfortably fits a MacBook Pro 16' in its dedicated laptop sleeve. We take pride in designing our products to meet the needs of our customers.
Regarding the pen sleeves, they are designed to hold all regular-sized pens and pencils. We apologize if you found them challenging to use and will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our products.
