Fantastic quality and style…sloooooow shipping

I really love the bag!! The little additions inside are helpful and fun, and the woven look is great. Super long strap and highly adjustable, though it does take a minute to adjust properly and the strap is not removable/openable at all. My one complaint is that It took over a month for it to be shipped out to me, so it was about five weeks from ordering when I received it (USA). I was told they were essentially back ordered but only after inquiring at the three week mark! HIDES needs to work on customer notifications and communications…but the product is amazing.
