Once an order has been placed, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery of your product. For all orders within Canada, we offer free shipping! Please note, some rural areas may require additional time for delivery.
Note: High seasonal order volumes may increase order preparation and transit times.
We are pleased to partner with FedEx to provide you with seamless delivery. All orders are shipped via FedEx Express.
When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along on your order's journey to you!
Exchanges and Returns
At Hides, we take customer service seriously. When purchasing an item that is guaranteed to last a lifetime and be passed down generations, it is completely understandable that you may have questions, or would like to return or exchange a product. We are more than happy to assist you along the way.
We want you to absolutely be in love with your leather product. However, we completely understand if you have a change of heart, or simply want to exchange the item. Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of your original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received. Kindly contact us before shipping back your products so a member of our team can guide you through the simple next steps!
Please note, any items that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective – of course!)
