Great product, not so great customer service

The item itself appears to be of high-quality material and appears to be durable. However, there was an issue with the customer service. Less than 24 hrs after ordering the wallet with a custom engraving, I emailed customer service ([****]) asking if they could modify my order. They did not respond. While I am satisfied with the product, this lack of response is very unprofessional

We want you to absolutely be in love with your leather product. However, we completely understand if you have a change of heart, or simply want to exchange the item. Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of your original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received.
