- By default, we engrave the monogram on the outside, front, bottom right corner. However, if you'd like it to be placed in a different location, no problem! Just mention all engraving-related details in the Special Instructions section while checking out.
- Engraving typically takes an additional 1-2 business days to process and is non-refundable once completed. We know you'll love it though!

Once an order has been placed, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery of your product. For all orders within Canada, we offer free shipping! Please note, some rural areas may require additional time for delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to absolutely be in love with your leather product. However, we completely understand if you have a change of heart, or simply want to exchange the item. Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of your original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received. Kindly contact us before shipping back your products so a member of our team can guide you through the simple next steps!

There was a strange odour almost like paint thinner, when I received it, but it soon disappeared
Purchased this wallet for my spouse for Christmas. He's very particular about his wallet (which has needed to be replaced for at least three years) and he LOVES it. That said, the billing and shipping processes were very challenging and, if I could find a phone number to call, I would call to get a better understanding of what took place. Perhaps the confusion is the difference between US and Canadian currency but it's not clear.
